反压铸造是近十年来国外出现的一种新的铸造方法。这个工艺的实质是低压铸造与压力下结晶两种工艺方法的综合。其特点是在铸造过程中藉助于压力介质(压缩空气或惰性气体)的作用,控制合金的充型与结晶、凝固,以获得优质铸件。反压铸造与其它铸造工艺方法相比较,它具有如下一些优点: 1.压力介质的作用贯穿于铸造的全过程,提高了铸件组织的致密度和机械性能,对壁厚差较大的铸件同样有效。表1为不同压力对铸件金相组织的影响数据,表2为铸态合金试样的机械性能。 2.根据反压充型的特点——压力差,可以
Back-pressure casting is a new casting method that appears abroad in the past ten years.
