稀土镁中间合金是生产球墨铸铁常用的球化剂,其质量如何直接影响到产品质量的好坏。我厂根据生产高韧性球铁的需要,应用1.5吨工频炉自制稀土镁中间合金,8年多来生产正常,质量良好,不仅满足了本厂生产的要求,还供应了省内一些单位。此种中间合金不但适用于本溪铁、邯郸铁、澳大利亚铁等料源,特别有利于钒钛铁的大量使用。球化处理时用量经济,球墨铸铁的性能优良,现简要介绍于后。一、合金配比合金的装入量按炉子额定容量40~ The rare earth magnesium master alloy is the nodular agent commonly used in the production of ductile iron, and how its quality directly affects the quality of products.
