保利地产总能给市场以惊喜。2008年上半年报告期内,保利地产实现营业收入和净利润分别为53.81亿元和10.34亿元.比上年同期分别增长156.40%和272.18%。1至6月公司实现销售合同金额107亿,同比增速达34.5%,完成年度计划的44.6%。同时引人注目的还有其迅速扩张的土地储备,报告期内保利新拓展项目规划建筑面积多412万平方米。
Poly Real Estate always give the market a surprise. In the first half of 2008, Poly Real Estate achieved operating income and net profit of RMB5,381 million and RMB1,034 million respectively, up by 156.40% and 272.18% over the same period of last year respectively. From January to June, the sales contract value of the company reached 10.7 billion yuan, up 34.5% year-on-year and 44.6% of the annual plan. At the same time, there is also notable expansion of its land bank. During the reporting period, Poly New Development Project planned a building area of 4.12 million square meters.
