近期,中办、国办发出了《关于在国有企业、集体企业及其控股企业深入实行厂务公开制度的通知》,这对不断推进厂务公开的健康发展具有重要意义。从实行厂务公开三年多的情况来看,厂务公开的工作格局已经形成,各种机制运转正常,公开的内容、程序、形式日趋规范,组织领导正在加强。企业从推行厂务公开中也收到了成效,企业的民主政治建设和党风廉政建设有了新进展,企业经营管理工作得到加强,维权的力度也不断加大,职工参与企业改革的热情也越来越高,在企业改革、发展和稳定的大局中,厂务公开发挥的作用也越来越大。 Recently, the China Affairs Office and the State Council issued the Circular on Deepening the Implementation of the System of Openness of Factory Affairs in State-owned Enterprises, Collective-owned Enterprises, and Their Controlling Enterprises, which is of great significance to the continuous advancement of the healthy development of the openness of factory operations.
