目的研究恢复变异后沙门菌和志贺菌属生物学特性的方法。方法用全血和胎牛血清传代培养,对比前后抗原性和生化反应性的变化。结果一部分试验菌经过传代之后,部分菌株原本缺失的菌体抗原可以恢复或部分恢复,有的菌株则不能恢复。菌体抗原缺失的菌株生化特性会有不典型的的情况,经过血液或胎牛血清培养传代之后部分可以恢复典型。结论沙门菌和志贺菌保存时间过长,菌体抗原和生化反应都有可能发生变异,且这种变异部分是可以回复的。
Objective To study the method of recovering the biological characteristics of Salmonella and Shigella after mutation. Methods The whole blood and fetal bovine serum were subcultured to compare the changes of antigenicity and biochemical reactivity. Results After some of the test bacteria were passaged, some of the bacterial antigens that were originally missing in some strains could be recovered or partially recovered, while others could not be recovered. The bacterial biochemical characteristics of the strains lacking the bacterial antigen may be atypical. After passage through blood or fetal bovine serum, the part may recover typical. Conclusions Salmonella and Shigella may be stored for too long, and there is a possibility that the bacterial antigens and biochemical reactions will mutate, and some of this variation can be recovered.
