由国际食品科技联盟(IUFOST)和中国食品科学技术学会(CIFST)主办的第十四届世界食品科技大会于2008年10月19日-23日在中国上海召开。这是全球食品科技界最重要的综合性盛会,来自74个国家和地区的2120名业界代表齐聚上海,中国有史以来规模最大的国际食品科技大会如期举行。中华全国供销合作总社济南果品研究院承担的“苦瓜中降血糖成分的分离提取及苦瓜降血糖产品的开发”项目在此次大会上获中国食品科技学会产品创新奖二等奖。
The 14th World Food Science and Technology Conference, organized by IUFOST and CIFST, was held in Shanghai, China on October 19-23, 2008. This is the most important comprehensive event for the food science and technology industry in the world. 2120 industry representatives from 74 countries and regions gathered in Shanghai and the largest international food science and technology conference ever held in China was scheduled as scheduled. The All-China Supply and Marketing Cooperative, Jinan Fruit Research Institute, undertook the project of “separation and extraction of hypoglycemic components in bitter melon and development of hypoglycemic products of bitter melon” project at the conference and won the second prize of Product Innovation Award of China Food Science and Technology Association.
