古丝绸之路是一条各国贸易往来之路,也是一条思想文化传播之路。在全球新的技术环境与经济环境下,“一带一路”沿线各国在加强贸易往来的同时,势必会加速高新技术与创意文化产品的传播。而出版物是创意文化产品的重要组成部分,是传播各国思想文化的重要载体。对于中国的出版单位而言,加速推进版权贸易不仅有着重要的经贸意义,更有着传播中国思想文化,让世界了解中国,让中国了解世界的战略意义。
The ancient Silk Road is a road of trade between countries, but also a way of thinking and cultural transmission.
