上海浦东国际机场T1航站楼流程改造工程中,为满足既有连廊上部结构加建后的承载力要求,对既有连廊首层基础结构进行加固。既有连廊首层净空高度仅约为4m,加固施工的全过程中既有连廊二层、三层均处于正常运营状态,且加固设计节点复杂,给围护结构施工、增设混凝土灌注桩以及首层结构加固带来了极大的困难。经过现场实测并结合设计图纸反复研究,采取改进施工机械、调整压顶梁结构设计、优化加固节点施工流程等措施,解决了不停航条件下既有连廊基础结构加固施工难题,加快了工程进度,节约了工程费用,确保了基础结构加固过程中航站楼不停航运营的安全。
