During the Ming dynasty, the neo-Confucianism that began in the Song Dynasty was still deeply rooted in Chinese traditional society. Due to the influence of the traditional ethical and religious concepts, especially the thought of “Three Principles and Five Scholars”, most women in the early Ming dynasty still had a strong family concept. In order to appeal grievances for their own families, these women dared to cross the provincial judicial organs and go to Beijing to go to court to hear injustice. In the wake of the announcement, women defied the power to show their sense of justice and reflected the image of the traditional Chinese women defending their families. For the leapfrogged women, the emperors of the early Ming held more forgiveness on their behalf and encouraged them to go to Beijing to drum up their drums to better meet the intentions and effects of compatriots. The appearance of female drumming in Beijing reflects not only the influence of Song and Ming Dynasties on the concept of female family in Ming Dynasty but also the acquiescence of the emperor to this phenomenon in the early Ming Dynasty.
