雷家区块属巨厚块状砂岩低渗底水稀油油藏,目前已进入中、高含水期,以往调剖堵水技术耐温性能差、封堵能力弱,不适于雷家区块油层温度高的油藏特点,因此,通过对调剖剂系统的室内研究,研制了新型的交联冻胶调剖剂,复配强化剂,凝胶强度提高50%以上,稳定期和凝胶的耐温性能明显提高,满足了现场调剖堵水的需要。同时,利用PI决策技术制定了雷64块区块整体调剖方案,现场实施取得了较好的稳油控水效果。
