【目的】探讨Asperger综合征儿童母亲的亲职压力及其相关因素,为开展心理干预和支持提供科学依据。【方法】使用短型亲职压力量表对81例Asperger综合征儿童母亲及157例正常儿童母亲进行调查,同时使用Achen-bach儿童行为量表与韦氏儿童智力量表对81例Asperger综合征儿童进行智力与行为评估。【结果】Asperger综合征儿童母亲的亲职压力总分和各维度得分均高于正常儿童母亲(P<0.001)。单因素分析:不同儿童性别、家庭结构、家庭人均月收入,Asperger综合征儿童母亲的亲职压力总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。母亲亲职压力总分和各维度得分与儿童的社会能力呈负相关(r分别为-0.348-、0.272-0、.305-0、.356,P<0.01),与儿童的问题行为呈正相关(r分别为0.658、0.516、0.572、0.668,P<0.01)。【结论】Asperger综合征儿童母亲亲职压力显著高于正常水平,提高儿童社会能力和矫正儿童问题行为可降低母亲亲职压力。
【Objective】 To investigate the parental stress of mothers with Asperger syndrome and its related factors, and to provide a scientific basis for psychological intervention and support. 【Methods】 A total of 81 mothers with Asperger syndrome and 157 normal mothers were investigated using the Short Parentage Stress Scale. 81 children with Asperger’s syndrome Children are assessed for intelligence and behavior. 【Results】 The scores of parental stress and dimensions of Asperger syndrome were higher than those of normal children (P <0.001). Univariate analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the total parental stress scores of children with Asperger syndrome (P <0.05) by gender, family structure, per capita monthly household income. The total number of mothers’ parental stress and the scores of each dimension were negatively correlated with the children’s social competence (r = -0.348-, 0.272-0, .305-0, .356, P <0.01, respectively), and were positively correlated with children’s problem behaviors (r = 0.658,0.516,0.572,0.668, P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 Parental stress in mothers with Asperger syndrome is significantly higher than normal, and raising children’s social ability and correcting children’s problems can reduce mother’s parental stress.
