随着高职高专教育地位的不断提高,其既能增加就业数量又能提高就业质量,已然适应我国人才市场的需求。高职高专教育要从市场和受教育者两者的需求出发,不断培养出高质量的技能型人才,以适应社会和企业的需要。本论文是立足于市场、服务企业,建议调整优化学院专业结构,建立健全相关政策,提出教师参与实践锻炼环节中激励制度的有效设置,使高职教师具备“双师”素质,以实现高职高专教育的培养目标,为社会和企业培养高素质专业性的技能型人才。
With the continuous improvement of the status of higher vocational education, it can not only increase the number of employment but also improve the quality of employment, which is already suitable for the needs of the talent market in our country. Vocational education should start from the needs of both the market and the educated, and constantly cultivate high-quality skilled personnel to meet the needs of society and enterprises.
