培训对企业的影响日益深入,其潜在的风险也日益显露,主要包括培训成本“沉没”风险、人才流失风险和技术泄密风险三个方面。培训师选择不当、受训人员缺乏可训性、培训需求定位的缺失及培训成果转化机制和激励机制的缺乏是造成培训风险的主要原因。为防范培训风险,企业要完善培训制度,在现行法律的框架下建立相应的培训约束机制和竞业禁止协议,建立有效的培训效果转化机制和激励机制,构建与培训制度相匹配的企业文化理念。
The impact of training on the enterprise is deepening day by day, and its potential risks are becoming more and more obvious. This includes three aspects: the training cost, the risk of “sinking”, the risk of brain drain and the risk of technology leakage. The improper selection of trainers, the lack of training of trainees, the lack of positioning of training needs, and the lack of training mechanisms and incentives for training results are the main causes of training risks. In order to prevent training risks, enterprises should improve the training system, establish appropriate training and restraint mechanisms and non-compete agreements under the current law, establish effective training effect transformation mechanism and incentive mechanism, and build a corporate culture philosophy that matches the training system .
