复式班教学不同于普通班,复式班学生应有较强的自学能力、自治能力、排干扰的能力.一、自学能力的培养教给学生学习方法,培养学生的自学能力,是提高复式教学效率的重要途径.复式教学,因教师直接教学时间少,学生独立学习的机会多,更有利于学生自学能力的培养.在自学能力的培养过程中,教师要注意培养学生良好的自学习惯.直接教学尽量做到形象直观,突出基础知识和基本技能,讲清基本概念和基本原理;自动作业力求形式多样,按教学要求设计.不能单纯为填补时间空白而安排大量的抄抄写写.自动作业教师在课前有目的地准备好,并让小助手布置、检查.学生在学习或某方面有进步,老师应及时表扬鼓励,激发学生的求知欲,使学生形成一种主动、积极、健康的学习心理,从小养成严谨的学风.
