金属(合金)雾化是一个极其复杂的物理化学变化过程,开展雾化过程研究,提高雾化制粉技术,一直受到粉未冶金工作者的重视和关注。 本文主要介绍用高速摄影机拍摄气雾化,水雾化过程;并对这二种过程分别作了分析与讨论;在此基础上对雾化制粉生产中“偏析”“泄漏”等几个实际问题解进行释,提出了改进现行雾化制粉工艺的几点看法。
