职业教育是当前教育的核心,如果说义务教育是扫除文盲,高等教育是培养管理人才,那么职业教育正好填充了两者之间的空白。文章从现代心理学对能力的理解入手,采用文献法、调查法,逻辑分析法等,探求职校教师业务知识和能力结构转换的方法,研究教师业务知识能力的构成因素,建立教师综合能力的基本框架,旨在促进职业教育水平的不断提高。
Vocational education is the core of current education. If compulsory education is to eliminate illiteracy and higher education to train management personnel, vocational education just fills in the gap between the two. This article starts from the understanding of ability of modern psychology, probes into the methods of transforming professional knowledge and ability structure of vocational school teachers by means of literature, investigation and logic analysis, studies the compositional factors of teachers’ knowledge ability, establishes the comprehensive ability of teachers The basic framework aims to promote the continuous improvement of vocational education.
