In 1644, when the Qing Army’s Yue Shan Customs entered Beijing and announced Dingding Central Plains, a baby was born in the Junggar Department of Oman in Mongolia. He was the sixth son of the Zarqatari leader of the Junggar Ministry - Galdan.
