本文报道油棕叶片脱分化培养的初步结果。通过实验筛选出诱导叶片愈伤组织产生的培养基配方。应用本文提供的方法处理外植体后再行培养,可明显减弱单宁类物质的毒害作用,愈伤组织诱导率因此获得大幅度提高。
This paper reports the preliminary results of dedifferentiation of oil palm leaves. The medium recipe induced by leaf callus induction was selected through experiments. Applying the method provided in this article to re-culture explants can significantly reduce the toxic effects of the tannins and the callus induction rate has been greatly improved.
