主泵调节器用来供给、调节发动机在各种工作条件和工作状态下所需的燃油,如果主泵调节器油泵内部出现严重磨损,势必对发动机性能的发挥和工作可靠性产生重大影响。通过对4起主泵调节器油泵壳体及滑动轴承异常磨损故障的对比、机理分析,找到了故障的主要原因,并制定了针对性的预防措施。
