本文利用提取人胚胸腺素抑制组分的工艺流程,成功地获得了猪胸腺素抑制组分。我们用~3H-TdR掺入DNA法体外检测了两批猪胸腺素抑制组分的制剂对PHA诱导的人淋巴细胞增殖作用的影响,试验结果显示,两个批号的猪胸腺抑制组分的制剂对PHA诱导的成人周围血淋巴细胞增殖作用的抑制结果完全一致,当稀释到1μg浓度时,则都出现了CPm值的恢复。试验结果还看出,两个批号的猪胸腺素抑制组分的制剂,对健康成人外周血淋巴细胞增殖效应的抑制作用都存在着明显的剂量依赖关系。
In this paper, the porcine thymosin inhibitory fraction was successfully obtained by the process of extracting human embryo thymosin inhibitory components. We used a ~3H-TdR incorporation assay to determine the effect of two batches of porcine thymosin-inhibiting components on the proliferation of PHA-induced human lymphocytes in vitro. The test results showed that two batches of porcine thymus inhibitory components were prepared. The results of inhibition of PHA-induced adult peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation were exactly the same, and when diluted to 1 μg, there was a recovery of CPm values. The experimental results also show that there is a clear dose-dependent relationship between the inhibitory effects of two batches of porcine thymosin-inhibitory components on the proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes in healthy adults.
