在供电企业日常管理组成部分中,用电营销管理不可被忽视。用电营销管理与国内供电形势相关,同时,又受到其他譬如电价因素的影响,因此,强化用电营销管理成为了必然。当前,一些供电企业用电管理陷入一种比较被动的局面。为了改善这种趋势,必须强化用电营销管理。基于此,笔者针对供电企业强化用电营销管理的有效路径进行了探究。
In the daily management of power supply enterprises, the management of electricity marketing can not be ignored. Electricity marketing management and domestic power supply situation is related to the same time, by other factors such as electricity prices, therefore, to strengthen electricity marketing management has become inevitable. At present, some power supply management plunged into a more passive situation. In order to improve this trend, we must strengthen the management of electricity marketing. Based on this, the author explores the effective route for the power supply enterprise to strengthen the electricity marketing management.
