以现代管理理论为依据,结合我国实际和领导实践,分析了医院副职领导特点,阐述了副职领导应具备的特定理念、品质和能力。提出了医院副职领导要在战略管理、战略实施中有所作为,就应当做到摆正位置、改进品质、不断学习、提高能力、注意研究及强化沟通。同时,作为副职领导,还应具备严于律己、甘于奉献、勇于实践、敢于负责、善于克制、长于沟通的品质;应具有战略实施、细节管理、把握全局、和谐共事、复杂思考和顺势而作的能力。
Based on modern management theory, combined with China’s actual and leadership practices, the characteristics of hospital deputy leaders were analyzed, and the specific concepts, qualities, and capabilities that deputy leaders should possess were described.
