创新教育是素质教育的核心,创新能力是“灌输”不出来的,创造型人才是要靠创新教育培养出来的。所谓创新教育就是根据创新理论,通过有目的、有系统的创新教学与训练,使学生树立创造性意识,培养创造性品质,开发创造性思维,初步掌握创新技能和技法,从而提高学生创新能力的一种新型教育模式。该文就生物教学过程中如何培养学生的创新能力谈几点体会,并在创新教育实践中总结出四个教学策略,通过加强对学生的情感教育促进和提高学生情感智慧的发展;营造有利于开展创新教学的课堂氛围;指导学生掌握科学方法和创新方法;指导学生掌握扎实的基础知识;将学生培养成为创新型人才,让他们成为21世纪的真正主人。
