诈骗犯罪的完成,是一个环环相扣的因果进程相互促进的结果。缺少任何一个因果链,行为人的诈骗犯罪行为都难以完成。本文从诈骗犯罪客观方面的构成要件,具体分析了诈骗罪中“诈骗”的手段认定。
The completion of fraudulent crimes is the result of an interlocking causal process of mutual promotion. Lack of any one causal chain, the perpetrators of criminal fraud are difficult to complete.
