拓展训练是一种现代人和现代团体全新的学习方法和训练方式,它不是简单的体育与娱乐叠加,它的实质是一种以项目活动为载体的现代教育模式,将拓展训练引入普通高校体育课是对传统体育课的改革和创新,对我国普通高校体育课有着深远的影响。拓展训练是一种有别于传统教学的学习方法和训练方式。它不是简单的体育加娱乐,它的本质是一种以身体活动为载体,以心理体验为手段的教育模式,实质上也是体育社会功能的体现和延伸。在高校体育教学中融入拓展训练课程,既充实了教学的内容又达到拓展训练的目的,是高校素质教育教学的有效途径。
