The main materials of automobile wheel manufacturing are aluminum alloy, alloy steel, magnesium alloy, as well as the less used composite materials and steel-aluminum composite materials. The casting and forging process of aluminum alloy wheels and alloy steel wheels are emphatically introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of various materials are analyzed, and the application prospects of alloy materials in automobile wheel production are expounded.
