著者引用次数与h指数的计算以及合著网络边权的计量都会受到合著者荣誉分配的影响。对已有的3类不同合著者荣誉分配计算方法进行介绍,分析其优势和劣势,发现这3类方法没有考虑科学家对年轻学者的指导贡献,而指导年轻学者是科学家学术工作的重要组成部分。文章提出3种基于指导关系的著者荣誉分配方法,以期能够作为评价科研人员学术贡献的一个补充指标,用于更加公平合理的科研人才评价。
The number of citations by authors and the calculation of the h index, as well as the measurement of the co-ownership of the network, will be affected by the co-author’s distribution of honors. The methods to calculate the honor distribution of the three different types of co-authors are introduced and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. It is found that these three methods do not consider the guidance contribution of scientists to young scholars, and the guidance of young scholars is an important part of the academic work of scientists. The article proposes three methods for granting honors of authors based on the guiding relationship so as to serve as a supplementary indicator to evaluate the academic contribution of researchers for a more fair and reasonable evaluation of scientific research personnel.
