由中、外两个著名的“以貌取人”的事例,揭示出了蕴含于其中的“晕轮效应”理论;之后阐述了该理论的定义并列出了其主要特征;最后结合了现代人力资源管理的知人、择才、用才等方面应该注意防止“以貌取人”等主要问题,提出了必须防止“晕轮效应”在人力资源管理中的消极影响,从而切实保证人力资源上最优化的组合。
