本文先对梓潼CNG加气站脱水装置区的再生气调压阀冰堵原因进行分析,然后对循环水冲淋调压阀防止冰堵措施进行了论述。在解决冰堵的过程中,我们先后采取了维修或更换调压阀、电伴热解堵、长流水冲淋(不回收)、循环水冲淋等四种方法,通过效果检验,循环水冲淋解堵的办法不仅节能环保,还为本站增加了效益。通过循环水冲淋调压阀,调压阀不再冰堵,在之后未因脱水装置调压故障而停产。通过本文,以期对其他生产井站提供一些解决冰堵的思路和方法。
In this paper, the cause of ice blockage of the regulators of ZGC CNG refueling station dewatering unit is analyzed first, and then the measures to prevent ice plugging of recirculating water surge regulators are discussed. In the process of solving the ice blocking, we have taken to repair or replace the regulator, with heat plugging, long water shower (no recovery), circulating water shower and other four ways, through the effect test, circulating water rushed Litter plugging not only energy saving and environmental protection, but also increased the effectiveness of the site. Through the circulating water shower pressure regulator, the pressure regulator is no longer blocked by ice, dehydration device has not been discontinued due to pressure failure. Through this article, we hope to provide some ideas and methods to solve ice blockage in other production wells.
