The Chinese nation is a nation that extraordinarily believes in mythology. The Chinese people’s love of the myth has reached the level of “worship.” This point, as long as flip over the history books in China, from the legend of the immortal eunuchs, to the mermaid ordinary adventure, almost everywhere. This is of course because of its long history and long culture, which has nurtured a particularly rich imagination of the Chinese people. But I am afraid because most of the time in the long run, the Chinese people live in a very bitter, tired and unhappy mood, so they are willing to parachute themselves with the same delusion and seek comfort and relief. Myths, for the Chinese, are somewhat “spiritual opium”.
