目的:探讨莽草酸对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料复制动脉粥样硬化模型,观察莽草酸对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂、血液流变学指标的影响。结果:莽草酸可显著降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平,升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平(P<0.05),并能显著降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠全血黏度(高、中、低切)、血浆黏度和红细胞压积(P<0.05)。结论:莽草酸可改善AS大鼠血脂水平和血液流变学指标,对AS具有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of shikimic acid on blood lipids and hemorheology in rats with atherosclerosis (AS). Methods: The model of atherosclerosis was replicated with high-fat diet to observe the effect of shikimic acid on blood lipids and hemorheology in atherosclerosis rats. Results: Shikimic acid could significantly decrease the level of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) and increase the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) in atherosclerotic rats ), And could significantly reduce whole blood viscosity (high, middle and low cut), plasma viscosity and hematocrit in atherosclerotic rats (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shikimic acid can improve blood lipids and hemorheology in AS rats, which may prevent and treat AS.
