采用儿童功能独立检查法(WeeFIM)对30例脑瘫(cerebralpalsy,CP)儿童进行测量,并与儿童适应行为量表(CABS)比较,探讨儿童功能独立检查在CP儿童残疾组类使用的有效性。统计结果显示30例CP儿童的WeeFIM总分和适应商数(ADQ)基本呈正态分布。WeeFIM总分、分组及各维度与ADQ之间的总体相关系数为0.7951;与CABS独立功能因子、CABS认知功能因子、CABS社会/自制因子之间的总体相关系数依次为07673,07305,0.8464。其中WeeFIM运动分组各维度与CABS独立功能因子、WeeFIM认知分组各维度与CABS认知功能因子的相关系数较高。研究表明WeeFIM与CABS之间呈显著相关,在反映CP儿童功能状态方面基本一致。WeeFIM运动和认知分组各维度所确定的测量范围与分析结果相符,在残疾状况描述和测量所需时间等方面WeeFIM也较优,能有效地反映儿童功能独立水平,是一种较好的基本功能测量工具。
Thirty children with cerebral palsy (CP) were measured by WeeFIM and compared with Children’s Adaptive Behavior Scale (CABS) to explore the validity of children’s functional independent examination in the use of children with disabilities. The statistical results showed that the WeeFIM score and ADQ of 30 children with CP were basically normal distribution. The overall correlation coefficient between WeeFIM score and ADQ was 0.7951. The overall correlation coefficient between WeeFIM score, CABS independent function factor, CABS cognitive function factor and CABS social / self-made factor was 07673, 0 7305,0.8464. Among them, the WeeFIM movement group has a higher correlation coefficient with CABS independent function factor, WeeFIM cognitive group and CABS cognitive function factor. Studies have shown that WeeFIM and CABS were significantly correlated, reflecting the functional status of children with CP basically the same. WeeFIM movement and cognitive grouping identified by the various dimensions of the measurement range and analysis of results consistent with the disability description and measurement time required WeeFIM is also better, can effectively reflect the functional independence of children is a good basic Functional measurement tools.
