媒介融合下的“传媒伦理与法规”课程需运用“融合”的教学方法。教学内容上,一方面要实现法学、伦理学知识和新闻传播类各传媒专业知识体系的融合;另一方面,要实现理论与实践的融合,将学科知识教育、传媒素养教育和传媒技能教育融合在一起,用融合后的多学科知识指导传媒业务实践。教师在采取讲授法为主的同时,还应融合“专题讨论法”和“模拟法庭法”等多种教学方式。这就需要授课教师是知识、技能等多素质融合的双师型师资,有新闻学和法学的专业知识,还需具备新闻记者的业务技能和应对传媒诉讼的业务能力。
