[目的]对1株抑烟草青枯病生防菌进行筛选、鉴定和活性物质研究。[方法]采用系列稀释法和平板涂布法从黔江烟区土壤中分离得到菌株,并通过薄层层析、硅胶柱层析、HPLC等手段对其活性物质进行研究。[结果]分离得到1株编号为5B18的菌株,其对烟草青枯病病原菌(Ralstonia Solancearum)有强烈拮抗作用。全细胞脂肪酸及16SrDNA分析结果表明,该菌为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。对该菌提取物分析表明,该提取物为13种不同的化合物组成的混合物。[结论]该研究为从微生物角度防治烟草青枯病提供理论基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen, identify and study the antibacterial activity of a strain of tobacco bacterial wilt. [Method] The strains were isolated from the soils of Qianjiang Tobacco by serial dilution method and plate coating method, and their active substances were studied by thin layer chromatography, silica gel column chromatography and HPLC. [Result] A strain of strain 5B18 was isolated and had a strong antagonistic activity against Ralstonia solani. Whole cell fatty acid and 16S rDNA analysis showed that the strain is Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Analysis of the bacterial extract showed that the extract was a mixture of 13 different compounds. [Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for the prevention and control of tobacco bacterial wilt from the perspective of microorganisms.
