探讨期刊网络采编系统对缩短期刊论文出版时滞的作用,对比分析《中国防痨杂志》论文出版时滞状况,为提高杂志质量及深入研究杂志发展提供参考。将2006~2011年54期1342篇论文的题目、作者、栏目、收稿日期及出版日期录入Excel表中,利用统计软件SAS9.1对数据进行整理、统计分析。6年间论文出版平均时滞为257.91d,出版时滞≤280d的论文779篇,占58.05%,>280d的论文563篇,占41.95%。采用稿件网络系统后,论文出版时滞的频数分布改变明显,由原来累计分布的9~12个月缩短为5~8个月。采用网络采编系统后,短时滞组的论文构成比增加,长时滞组论文构成比减少,差异有统计学意义(χ2=239.31,P<0.05)。网络采编系统对短时滞论文产生的作用不及中等时滞和长时滞的论文。但继续缩短论文出版时滞仍是今后吸引优质稿件和提高期刊质量的重要任务。
To explore the role of periodical network editing and editing system in shortening the time lag of publication of journal articles, and to compare and analyze the delay of the publication of the articles in the Journal of Chinese Journal of Prevention and Treatment to provide references for improving the quality of journals and further studying the development of journals. The topics, author, column, date of issue and date of publication of the 1342 papers from 54 issues of 2006 ~ 2011 were entered into the Excel table, and the data were sorted out and statistically analyzed with the statistical software SAS9.1. In the past six years, the average time lag of publication was 257.91d, 779 papers were published with a time lag of less than 280d, accounting for 58.05% and 563 papers accounting for more than 280d, accounting for 41.95%. After using the manuscript network system, the time-frequency distribution of dissertation changes significantly, from the original cumulative distribution of 9 to 12 months reduced to 5 to 8 months. With the network editing and editing system, the paper composition ratio of short time-delay group increased, and the composition ratio of the long-delay group paper decreased, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 239.31, P <0.05). Network editing system for short-term dissertation produces less than moderate delay and long delay papers. However, continuing to shorten the publication delay is still an important task in attracting quality manuscripts and improving the quality of journals in the future.
