纵观目前我国旅游社服务管理机制,其主要的问题体现在竞争力的缺乏以及体制化的弊端。因此,为了强化旅行社服务管理机制,在我国旅游业发展迅速的大环境下,旅行社的服务管理机制创新存在着必要性。本文旨在分析当前旅行社服务管理机制的现状,探索其中存在的问题,并从创新的角度提出战略规划,提出创新理论。
Throughout the current service management mechanism of China’s tourism industry, its main problems are the lack of competitiveness and the disadvantages of institutionalization. Therefore, in order to strengthen the service management mechanism of travel agencies, in the rapid development of tourism industry in our country, the innovation of service management mechanism for travel agencies is necessary. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo of the current service management mechanism of travel agencies, to explore the existing problems and to propose strategic planning and propose innovative theories from the perspective of innovation.
