以苦瓜幼苗为材料,对其叶片进行机械伤害后,用含0.1~100μmol/L茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)的Hoagland营养液培养,36h后测定叶片有关生理指标.结果表明:1~10μmol/L MeJA处理能显著缓解机械伤害,使受伤幼苗叶片MDA含量降低36%~37.33%,木质素含量提高77.08%~81.25%,POD、PPO和LOX活性分别提高4.42~4.44倍、2.78~2.89倍和52.14%~52.63%;0.1和100μmol/L MeJA的有效作用较弱,100μmol/L MeJA促进膜质过氧化,抑制叶片PPO活性.外源1~10μmol/L MeJA能显著降低受伤苦瓜幼苗的氧化损伤,显著提高LOX等防御酶活性,增强对机械伤害的抵抗力.
The leaves of Momordica charantia seedlings were mechanically injured, and then cultured with Hoagland nutrient solution containing 0.1 ~ 100μmol / L MeJA for 36h, the physiological indices of leaves were measured.The results showed that: 1 ~ 10μmol / L MeJA treatment could significantly reduce the mechanical injury, reduce the MDA content of injured leaves by 36% -37.33%, increase the lignin content by 77.08% -81.25%, and increase the activities of POD, PPO and LOX by 4.42-4.44, 2.78-2.89 and 52.14 % ~ 52.63%.
