随着人民生活水平的提高以及出门旅游的普遍,旅行社必将在我国旅游业的发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。而作为接待游客的一线人员——导游员,其形象是旅行社兴衰成败的关键。本文针对山东省中国国际旅行社滨州分社(以下简称“滨州国旅”)导游管理的现状,分析了存在的问题,并提出了建设性的对策,旨在优化滨州国旅的导游队伍管理机制,进一步促进导游队伍建设和旅游行业快速健康发展。
With the improvement of people’s living standards and the widespread travel abroad, travel agencies will surely play an increasingly important role in the development of China’s tourism industry. As the reception front-line staff - tour guides, its image is the key to the success or failure of travel agencies. This article analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some constructive countermeasures in view of the status quo of the tour guide management of Binzhou Branch of China International Travel Service (hereinafter referred to as “Binzhou Guobing”) in Shandong Province, and aims to optimize the tour guide team management mechanism for Binzhou Guo Brigade and further Promote the construction of tour guides and the rapid and healthy development of tourism industry.
