从菊花上分离到一株病毒(代号Chm—91),人工接种能侵染11科38种植物。桃蚜、萝卜蚜、菊小长管蚜可非持久性传毒。19种感染的植物种子不带毒;对TMV有单向保护作用;对CMV无交互保护作用。病毒致死温度为65—70℃,稀释限点为10~(-2)~10~(-3),体外存活期2—5天。病毒粒体球状,直径约30nm,病组织超薄切片可见堆集状内含体。该病毒分离物与TAV抗血清形成一条完全融合的清晰沉淀带,ELISA检测标样亦为阳性反应,作者认为该分离物隶属于番茄不孕病毒(TAV)。
A virus was isolated from chrysanthemum (codenamed Chm-91). Artificial inoculation could infect 38 plants in 11 families. Myzus persicae, radish aphid, small chrysanthemum aphid can be non-persistent poisoning. Nineteen infected plant seeds were non-toxic; one-way protection against TMV; no protective effect against CMV. Virus lethal temperature of 65-70 ℃, dilution limit of 10 ~ (-2) ~ 10 ~ (-3), in vitro survival of 2-5 days. Viruses spherical globular, diameter of about 30nm, diseased tissue can be seen on the ultra-thin slices of inclusions inclusions. The virus isolate and TAV antiserum formed a clear fusion zone and the ELISA assay was also positive. The isolate is considered to belong to the TAV virus.
