目的探讨宫颈电环锥切术联合纳米银在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变中的作用。方法将2005年1月～2007年12月在启东市中医院妇科就诊,经液基薄层细胞检测,阴道镜下多点活组织病理检查明确为CIN的134例患者进行前瞻性随机对照分析。其中67例病人行LEEP后加用纳米银治疗为观察组,同时将单纯行LEEP的67例病人作为对照组。比较两组术后创面愈合时间,术中、术后并发症和疗效情况。结果两组比较,术后创面愈合时间观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。术后并发症的总发生率观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。疗效观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论LEEP联合纳米银治疗CIN可明显加速创面愈合,减少术后并发症,并能提高疗效。 Objective To investigate the effect of cervical ring conization combined with nanosilver in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods From January 2005 to December 2007 in Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology, liquid-based thin-layer cell detection, multi-point biopsy under colposcopy clear CIN of 134 patients were prospectively controlled randomized controlled study. Sixty-seven of the patients underwent LEEP followed by nano-silver treatment as the observation group, and 67 patients with simple LEEP as the control group. The wound healing time, intraoperative and postoperative complications and curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.01). The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). Efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion LEEP combined with nano-silver treatment of CIN can significantly accelerate wound healing, reduce postoperative complications, and can improve the curative effect.
