针对某液压挖掘机怠速时驾驶室声振舒适性较差这一问题,分析其发动机至驾驶室振动传递路径,初步判断回转平台是影响其驾驶室舒适性的可能因素。进一步对回转平台进行模态计算,得出固有频率及振型特征。将计算结果与发动机激振频率对比分析,确认回转平台共振是造成驾驶室声振舒适性较差的因素之一。据此对回转平台结构进行了改进,使回转平台低阶模态频率避开发动机怠速激振频率和常用工作频率,避免共振,改善了驾驶室舒适性,并通过对比测试验证了改进的有效性。
Aiming at the poor comfort of cabin vibration when a certain hydraulic excavator idles, the vibration transmission path from engine to cab is analyzed. It is preliminarily determined that the rotating platform is a possible factor that affects the comfort of cab. Further modal calculation of the rotary platform, the natural frequency and mode shape characteristics. Comparing the calculation results with the excitation frequency of the engine, it is confirmed that the resonance of the rotary platform is one of the factors that cause the poor acoustic comfort of the cab. Based on this, the structure of rotary platform is improved so that the low-order modal frequency of rotary platform can avoid the idle frequency and common operating frequency of the engine to avoid resonance and improve the comfort of the cab, and the effectiveness of the improvement is verified through comparative tests .
