一、力量素质训练贯穿教学始终学生的基本力量素质是完成双手前抛实心球的关键因素之一,因此力量训练要贯穿于整个教学的始终。力量训练含双脚快速连续跳上、跳下,跳过连续摆放的实心球,发展足背屈肌肌群力量;斜面仰卧起坐,发展腰腹肌力量;俯卧两头起,发展背肌力量;上臂拉伸(两人合作一名学生拿跳绳,另一名学生双臂上举,背对拉跳绳,做出背弓动作)提高上臂力量。每节课设计大约3~5分钟有针对性的力量素质训练,以增强力量为目的,并在练习中教师适时提示学生体会发力部位,为技术动作学习奠定基础。
