一、确立课题的基本情况1988年上半年,在经过广泛的社会调查,知道了社会急需标准化专业人才,而当时全国尚无正规的标准化教育以后,为了发展壮大我国标准化专业队伍,深化教育改革,形成高校专业新领域,促进学校的生存和发展,我们确立了标准化正规教育这一研究课题。我们的课题一开始就得到了校领导和省标准局的支持和肯定。当年经省教委批准,我校设置了标准化专业,学制3年,为专科,纳入围家统招统分计划,面向全省正式招生。从此
