目的 为加深对分化型甲状腺癌生物学特性的认识, 进一步提高其诊治水平。方法 分析1980 年~1998 年收治手术的154 例分化型甲状腺癌的临床资料,20 例术后标本行电镜超微结构观察, 并常规切片光镜观察病理特点进行了相关研究。结果 术前在光镜下细胞学涂片发现岩石样核及核内嗜酸性球状小体是本病定性诊断的依据。结论 CT扫描和术前甲状腺包块细针吸引细胞学检查, 可作为本病术前有效的定位和定性诊断, 本病应及时手术根治, 预后与病理类型、临床分期、转移状况、年龄及性别有关。
Objective To deepen the understanding of the biological characteristics of differentiated thyroid cancer and further improve its diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 154 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer who underwent surgery from 1980 to 1998 were analyzed. Ultrastructural observation of electron microscopy was performed on 20 postoperative specimens. Results Preoperative light microscopy cytological smear revealed that rock-like nuclei and eosinophilic eosinophils were the basis for the qualitative diagnosis of this disease. Conclusion CT scan and preoperative thyroid mass fine-needle aspiration cytology examination can be used as an effective localization and qualitative diagnosis of this disease. The disease should be promptly treated by surgery, prognosis and pathological type, clinical stage, metastasis status, age and gender related.
