一、前言钾离子选择电极的发展经历了玻璃膜电极,液膜电极而到高聚物膜电极。钾玻璃电极的选择性不高(K_(Na,k)<20);液膜电极寿命不长,2-3周即需更新;高聚物膜钾电极制作简便,如选用合适的活性物质和基材,则性能优越,寿命甚长,近年来已受到人们的重视。目前最好的钾电极是以缬氨霉素为活性材料的高聚物膜电极,K_(Na,k)~5000,寿命可达数年。不过缬氨霉素合成不易,价格甚高。
