体育课“平衡动作练习”,往往由于教师的教学方法单调,容易使幼儿乏味,较难达到适宜的练习密度和运动量。带着这个难题,笔者来到上海市曹杨区第三幼儿园,观摩了吴佩君老师执教的一节“平衡练习”课。吴老师以游戏“谁的本领大”开始新课。幼儿两人一对手拉手,闭眼分别左、右腿单腿站立做平衡练习。接着,启发幼儿模仿在娱乐场玩过的“碰碰船”。方法是队形分散,幼儿单腿提膝,两臂前举,单脚跳动、移位,彼此间互相避让。这个游戏虽然没有用任何
