从2005年1月1日以后,根据 WTO 协议,取消了对中国纺织品的配额限制,中国的纺织业进入后配额经济时代,一方面可以促进物美价廉的中国纺织品的出口,中国的服装贸易公司面临着第二次腾飞的契机;另一方面配额的取消使原来没有能力出口的中小企业可以自主地进行出口贸易,又加剧了对定单和服装采购商的争夺,他们必然会充分利用自身的小、快、灵的优势,参与市场的争夺,服装贸易公司面临更加残酷的挑战。因此,服装贸易公司要想在激烈的市场竞争中胜出,必须加强其自身的优势,而服装贸易公司依赖生存发展的就是为顾客提供满意的服务,所以提高服装贸易公司的服务质量已成为服装贸易的当务之急。
