“十五”期间,我市渔业科技工作,紧紧围绕渔业发展规划提出的奋斗目标,以科技创新、技术推广和提高渔业劳动者的科学文化素质为重点,认真组织科研攻关,加强科技成果的推广与转化,积极推进科技合作与交流,重视专业技术培训,加大水产标准化的工作力度,广泛普及渔业科技知识,大力传播科学思想和科学方法等,使我市渔业科技工作又迈出新步伐、取得新成就,为调整渔业结构、提高渔业竞争力、增加农民收入、发展沿海都市型渔业、改善生态环境提供了科技支撑,为渔业经济的可持续发展做出了重要贡献。
