微波放大器温度补偿电路图1所示的电路可以为微波放大器的电路增益提供温度补偿,并且在放大器的工作温度范围(-40~+60℃)提供3个自由度。为了提供温度补偿,该电路向PIN二极管送出一个控制信号。PIN二极管是与放大器的主信号通路相串连,当流经PIN二极管的电流增加时,二极管的衰减量增大;而电流减少时,衰减量下降。
Microwave Amplifier Temperature Compensation Circuit The circuit shown in Figure 1 provides temperature compensation for the microwave amplifier’s circuit gain and provides three degrees of freedom over the amplifier’s operating temperature range (-40 to + 60 ° C).
