目前，一些山区正在积极认真贯彻国务院实施２５度以上坡耕地停耕还林、天然林禁伐的决定，探索生态效益与山区脱贫致富协同发展的新途径。通过调查，笔者认为，生存在２５度以上坡耕地上的广大农民，饱尝了山体滑坡、水土流失、旱涝相继交叉并存迭起、房屋垮塌等多种自然灾害
At present, some mountain regions are actively and earnestly implementing the decision of the State Council to implement the ban on cutting down cultivated land to forests and natural forests above 25 degrees in order to explore a new way for coordinated development of ecological benefits and mountain poverty alleviation and prosperity. Through the investigation, I believe that the vast number of peasants who live on hillsides above 25 degrees have experienced many natural disasters such as landslides, soil erosion, drought and flood crisscrossing each other, housing collapse and so on
